When first engaging with you we will carry out a kick off meeting to identify the problem, potential issues and current state of the existing environment. We will carry out a workshop to understand the scope, cultural drivers, business goals and challenges.

As an outcome of the following workshop meetings you will typically receive a document outlining our understanding of the issues faced and recommendations moving forward.

In the design phase, Bluewire will scope out the project and deliver a solution to solve the issues identified in previous meetings. A high-level design is produced detailing the deliverables addressing the issue and road map towards the end goal.

This phase will also include and assessment delivery, the “scope of work which will define milestones, deliverables, measures of success and project review dates.
